Dr. Goel's Bio
Dr. Sima Goel was born & raised in Iran. She immigrated to Canada in 1983. In 1993 she obtained a degree in Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Upon her return to Montreal in 1994, Dr. Goel opened her clinic in Decarie Square. Since then, her practice has continued to grow, serving thousands of families on the island of Montreal.
Dr. Goel lost her mother to cancer and her father to heart disease.This acted as a catalyst for her to find out why people are sick, how to get well and stay well. She countinued her post graduate studies and and became the first female certified wellness practitioner in Canada and one of only three in Quebec. This certification makes Dr.Goel an expert in wellness and lifestyle choices.
She travels over 20,000 miles each year to post-graduate seminars and in order to give back to the community continues to organize fundraisings for organizations such as Dans la rue, Women’s shelters, Sun Youth, Toys for tots, Bikur Cholim, Maison Shalom, Tomechi Shabbos, N.D.G Food Depot, Welcome Home Mission and JIAS.
Dr.Goel’s mission is to create a community of families and individuals living wellness lifestyles.(eating well, moving well, thinking well and getting regular adjustments). She does this through extensive community outreach programs providing dozens of complimentary lectures on popular health topics to a variety of companies and organizations in the area. She also provides complimentary “Health and Wellness” seminars at her office on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings for her patients and their guests.
Her vision is for every household in the community and beyond to be informed about a spinal column misalignment called vertebral subluxation complex. Proper nerve system integrity is vital to create a healthier, happier community free of drugs, sickness and disease. To fulfill her vision she makes herself available for health consultations on a regular basis.
